Midway University's 2024-2027 Strategic Plan focuses on three key goals: revenue growth, enhancing the student experience, and continuing facility improvements. Revenue growth strategies include expanding daytime and graduate enrollment through new program launches and marketing initiatives, stabilizing evening/online enrollment, improving student retention rates, and exploring new fundraising opportunities and monetizing campus assets. Enhancing the student experience involves gathering data to understand student needs, creating an Eagle Engagement Team to enhance programming, and implementing a campus-wide structure to support student success. Facility improvements include completing in-process projects, conducting a needs assessment to determine future facility and maintenance needs, and assessing funding options for new projects.
