About this conference

We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 NAFEPA Annual Conference. This year's theme, "Re-envisioning Opportunities for All," reflects our commitment to advancing federal programs in schools and districts across the nation. Our pre-conference and conference provide a valuable platform for federal education program administrators, schools and district leaders, state education agencies, and other professionals to share expertise, explore federal program policies, learn about evidence-based practices for program effectiveness and continuous improvement, and build meaningful connections. NAFEPA's annual conference in Washington, DC, involves hundreds of educators who work with federal education programs at the district and state levels. NAFEPA members play key roles in their states as planners and organizers of their state and regional training opportunities. They work with their state legislators and state departments of public instruction on education issues and decisions, and they are the people in the trenches of local education who advocate the strongest for students. The NAFEPA conference provides an opportunity for NAFEPA members to bring a strong, unified voice to Washington, DC. This voice can be shared with other local and state federal program administrators and those in Congress, Capitol Hill, and the educational marketplace. The conference provides a venue for the primary goal of NAFEPA- to continually work toward the improvement of academic achievement for all students.

Sponsorship options

Businesses who choose to become sponsors and/or exhibitors at the conference will have many opportunities for networking and sharing information with educators who administer federal education grants and programs. Sponsorship levels (Platinum, Silver, Gold) include conference attendee registrations. Exhibitor tables are located in the ballroom where general sessions occur. Dedicated sponsor and exhibitor time, along with longer break times, is built into the agenda. A reception will take place in the Regency Ballroom, with sponsors/exhibitors encouraged to attend and participate, and opportunities to contribute to the reception theme (music, giveaways). A 'Golden Ticket' promotion encourages attendees to visit every exhibitor's booth, with prize donations from exhibitors being announced. Exhibitors and sponsors may also donate e-gift cards for drawings and contribute one small item to the conference Swag Bag. Internet sponsorship for the entire conference is $5,000.00, or by the day ($2,000.00/day or $1,000.00 for Wednesday morning).
