2027 Spring Conference

The County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) provides a forum for new ideas and advocates for the infrastructure needs of the entire state. It serves as the collective voice for those responsible for essential government services affecting public health and safety. The conference promotes professional education and high standards in engineering, construction, management, and public policy. Attendees, including county, state, municipal, and consulting engineers, as well as public works personnel, contractors, and suppliers, gather to exchange ideas, discuss shared challenges in county engineering, and engage in professional development. The Spring Annual Meeting also includes the election of officers and board of directors.
