About this conference

A summit on how the United States can combine AI with quantum science to turn new capabilities into strategic advantage. The next era of technological leadership will be shaped by the nations that turn quantum science into practical capability: pairing AI with quantum sensing, computing and networks, then building those systems at scale. Quantum leadership will depend on more than scientific firsts; connecting research, investment, and industrial capacity is essential to turning breakthroughs into a durable competitive advantage. Building quantum systems takes specialized skills in physics, engineering, and control systems. New training pathways and collaboration across AI and quantum can help build the workforce this moment demands. America can bring together frontier research, deep capital, and AI expertise. The opportunity is to connect these strengths and turn scientific promise into technologies that deliver real-world value. Key questions to be confronted include: How can the United States convert its lead in AI into leadership in quantum? What resources across the quantum stack are required to build and deploy quantum systems at scale? The summit will focus on four key themes: Adoption at Scale (use cases, readiness, standards for operational deployment), Workforce and Talent (physicists, engineers, and training pathways), Capital and Supply Chains (financing, specialized components, and fabrication capacity), and National Security and Strategy (a national approach to quantum across strategic industries, cryptography, and the defense industrial base).
