About
About Surface Navy Association
Surface Navy Association (SNA) is a U.S.-based professional non-profit organization that organizes major Navy-focused conferences and events, notably the annual National Symposium (38th National Symposium held Jan 13–15, 2026 at Hyatt Regency Crystal City) and regional Waterfront/Waterfront Symposium events. SNA’s National Symposium is a large defense/military conference attracting active-duty Navy leadership, DoD, industry exhibitors (90+ exhibitors, 4,000+ attendees), and sponsors; it includes panels, exhibits, and a Small Business Showcase. This aligns strongly with the user intent to find defense & military conference organizers for terms such as defense conference, military summit, DoD conference, defense industry, military technology, armed forces conference, and national security.
