Description: For all applicable equipment the contractor shall: provide 24/7 maintenance support for all equipment, ensuring continuous operational efficiency, and provide acknowledgement and a response plan within 2 hours of government identification to any equipment malfunctions during the period of performance. Provide a singular point of contact that will coordinate comprehensive operations and maintenance support throughout the period of performance. That point of contact will ensure continuous operations and meet the 6-hour response requirement for any equipment or service discrepancies. Oversee the complete teardown and setup of equipment, ensuring all machinery and tools are disassembled, transported, and reassembled according to the provided specifications and safety standards. Design and engineering: the contractor must design and engineer the complete facility and all interfaces among ballistic, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, safety, and training systems. The contractor must: Prepare a Design Basis Report identifying assumptions, governing criteria, threat basis, firing geometry, containment concept, and system interfaces. Develop site/civil, architectural, structural, ballistic, mechanical, electrical, fire/life-safety, and specialty training drawings. Provide structural calculations, anchorage calculations, ballistic design documentation or test evidence, equipment data, and product/material submittals. Submit progress design packages at Government-defined milestones, resolve comments, and maintain configuration control. Produce final approved-for-construction drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation plans sealed by appropriately licensed design professionals where required. See attached file.

ARSOF Training Support Services RFP
The ARSOF-TSC provides exercise management, role player, subject matter expertise and training support for assessment, selection, and training conducted by 1 st Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG) (Airborne). Training support is for field and situational training exercises and provides the depth and realism necessary to portray an adaptable training environment that focuses on achieving a desired outcome. This approach to training builds initiative, adaptability, and self-confidence of the students. Provide in-role instruction during training events by subject matter experts. Subject matter expert role players must have operational experience coupled with years of instructor experience before they are capable of effectively teaching in role. This type of role play instruction allows for a free-play exercise that is reactive to the performance of the student and allows them a guided experiential learning event to unfold so that each exercise becomes a unique learning environment specifically suited to the performance and capabilities of the student.
