Description: Installation of a new water supply well in a flowing aquifer system to replace an existing well. The replacement well will be drilled and tested under the authority of the existing water right (G1-05743). The replacement well will be constructed using 12" steel casing to a maximum depth of 300 feet. The goal is to provide a well that can produce the full quantity of their existing water right. The installation will include, but not be limited to, a flow-control seal, well drilling, screen installation, well development, pump testing, and a sanitary seal.

Installation of a new hydrochlorination system at the Judy Reservoir WTP. The Project will include the construction of a new building for bulk hypochlorite storage and a chemical feed system. The new building will include site work, HVAC, electrical, and control systems. To achieve continuity of service throughout the project, portions of the existing chlorine gas feed system will be maintained during the installation of new hypochlorite feed facilities. Also included is the replacement of the chlorine dioxide system 1-ton gas cylinders with 150-lb cylinders, including cylinder scales, cylinder storage mounts, and scrubber ventilation modifications.
