Special Projects Planner (Request For Proposal) *REBID*
Special Project Planner. The Special Project Planner shall perform the following minimum duties as well as those prescribed by any applicable laws and ordinances: 1. Attend all public meetings with the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town and attend all necessary work sessions of the Board of Commissioners as required; 2. Provide technical and planning advice and assistance to the Mayor, Board of Commissioners and other Municipal Officials as needed; 3. Review and analysis of applications before the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment; 4. Review and prepare Master Plan and related Amendments, Zoning Ordinances, Housing Plans and other related planning and zoning matters as specified by the Town. See attached file.
