Description: Project contemplated consists of the rehabilitation of many elements of one passenger elevator and one freight elevator in the Maintenance Building No. 280 and one passenger elevator in the Powerhouse Building No. 289 at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility ("JIWRF"). Major components requiring an overhaul or replacement include door operators, power unit, fixtures, machine room equipment, cab interior finish, door equipment and hoist way equipment.
