Qualified generator service contractors for annual preventative maintenance including load banking services, as well as, fixed hourly rates for planned and emergency work. Contract Term The initial contract term shall be from the date of award to December 31, 2027. The Village has the right to renew the contract on an annual basis for two (2) optional one-year terms (January 1 to December 31).

Preventative (scheduled) and Remedial (unscheduled) maintenance services of Diesel Generators and their ancillary components (listed within this SOW) are required to ensure operational reliability and availability. Preventive maintenancE (PM) (Scheduled). This maintenance service includes the servicing by Contractor personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment in satisfactory operating condition in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended preventive maintenance tasks. The Contractor shall perform, at a minimum, all services as identified in Appendix 1. Semi-Annual, Annual and Triennial PM’s may or may not be performed at any time and in any order based on project schedules and ship conditions as scheduled by PNS. See attached file.
