Quincy City - Master Developer (Request For Qualifications)

Description: Seeking statements of qualifications from experienced master developers to plan, develop, and implement a transformation of prime real estate along the Mississippi Riverfront as suggested in the Riverfront Master Plan and Amphitheater Plan. The project envisions creating a mixed-use destination featuring an amphitheater, arena/event plaza, cruise port dock with parking, mixed-income residential options, hospitality/lodging, retail, restaurants, and public gathering spaces. The selected developer will lead and manage the phased development, infrastructure coordination, and commercial uses in alignment with the State of Illinois STAR Bond District program requirements.
