On Call - Wetland Mitigation Services

Description: INDOT seeks a consultant to perform work and prepare reports for mitigation projects on an as-needed basis as assigned by the Environmental Services Division's Ecology, Waterway Permitting, and Stormwater Office. The scope spans seven task areas: mitigation-site maintenance, monitoring, acquisition and design, construction observation, waters reporting, permitting and NEPA document preparation, project administration, and real-estate services and site protection, following relevant FHWA, USACE, IDEM, DNR, and INDOT requirements. The five-year on-call contract selects three firms for up to 75 assignments, and no assignments are guaranteed.
