Project Development Services One (1) Intersection Improvement, Roundabout and One (1) Bike/Pedestrian Facilities in Grant County

Description: INDOT seeks project development services to prepare construction contract documents for two design numbers on one construction contract in Grant County. The work covers an SR 9 roundabout and bike/pedestrian facilities, including environmental documentation, permits, public involvement, surveying, road and bridge design, utility and railroad coordination, hydraulic analysis, right-of-way plan development, and construction-phase services. INDOT will perform geotechnical services, pavement design, right-of-way buying, and real estate closing activities if needed; the item page lists two scoping reports and Appendix A as supporting documents.
