Description: The New York State Office of General Services is seeking offers from qualified landlords for a 10-year lease of approximately 2,700 usable square feet of general office space in Massena, St. Lawrence County, to accommodate 12 employees. The space must meet specified build-out and accessibility requirements, and submissions should address parking, sustainability, and resiliency.
