New Master Task Order Agreements for Professional Surface Trans (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeks services related to conducting planning studies for all forms of surface transportation including but not necessarily limited to pedestrians, public transportation, bicycles, motor vehicles, freight transportation, intercity passenger transportation, and maritime transportation. These services may include, without limitation, analyzing the performance of the transportation system, identifying future transportation needs, developing projects and policies that respond to needs, evaluating projects, estimating costs and revenues, identifying funding sources, maintaining databases related to transportation, analyzing the environmental, economic and neighborhood impacts of various transportation projects and policies, and providing information to other agencies.
