Design-build-own-operate-maintain (DBOOM) Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) (Request for proposal)

Description: Seeking competitive proposals for the design, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, also referred to as electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), at locations along Vermont’s designated Alternative Fuel Corridors (AFCs) and at eligible community locations outside of highway corridors. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to build upon previously installed and contracted-to-bebuilt Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) EVSE and further establish a reliable, convenient, and accessible network of fast EV charging stations throughout Vermont.
