General nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of the development of a new 69 kV to 12.47 kV substation. The work consists of concrete foundations, fencing, conduit and ductwork, ground grid, power and control cable, buswork, and AC and DC wiring. Work also includes the installation of Owner-furnished 69 kV circuit switcher, CVTs, and substation steel.
