VPIC Custodial Services

Description: VPIC seeks a Master Custodian for pension assets, to supply domestic and international custody, accounting, reporting and sub-accounting, along with online reporting and trading, cash management, compliance and related services. The scope also includes support for corporate actions, proxy voting, class-action claims and securities litigation; bidders may also propose indexing and securities-lending services. The anticipated agreement is for five years, with options for two additional five-year terms, and is expected to begin July 1, 2027.
