Energy Savings Performance Contract. Work may include but are not limited to envelope improvements, insulation upgrades, window upgrades, LED upgrades, geothermal heat pumps, lighting, controls, renewable energy generation including photovoltaic solar arrays, retro-commissioning, water conservation measures, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades including boilers, furnaces, split systems, and chillers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and Hydrogen Fuel Cells and microgrids.
