The City of Kelowna is seeking an experienced service provider to implement Phase 2 of its Horizon Workday Program, covering Finance, Procurement, and Analytics. The work includes configuring and deploying Workday Finance capabilities—including Core Financials, Financial Planning, Prism Analytics Essentials, Projects, Procurement, Expense Management, and Inventory—and converting and reconciling financial data and integrating with City systems and banking partners. The provider must deliver a tested and validated solution, train City users and support staff, deploy to production, and provide post-go-live stabilization.
