TennCare seeks a contractor to centralize User-Acceptance Testing (UAT) services to support TennCare business units and TennCare MMIS modules and business applications. The contractor will provide testing resources including test script creation and review, test execution, incident reporting and defect re-testing, and test automation support for UAT and Operation & Maintenance phases, and is expected to supply Manual/Functional testers, UAT Script Development Leads/Business Analysts, Technical Testers (ETL/Batch), and potentially Automation Engineers. The effort is intended to modernize TennCare’s UAT capability by improving manual UAT collateral, minimizing manual regression testing, and increasing test automation to improve overall testing rigor and quality.
